Sideshow Lounge--Des Moines's HOTTEST NEW NIGHTSPOT
Des Moines, IA— On April 17th 2009, the Des Moines Social Club (DMSC) will be opening the doors to Des Moines’s newest nightspot, The Sideshow Lounge. This is DMSC latest addition after a triumphant opening weekend last month.
DMSC will be hopping on Friday the 17th with 3XWrestling (7pm) and the first semi-annual ping-pong tournament sponsored by Doll Distributing. Sign in will begin at 8pm. Winner goes on to compete at the Des Moines Finals for a FREE trip to SUNNY Las Vegas!!!
The Sideshow Lounge will serve a variety of great wine, beer and entertainment to the public. The focus is on Midwestern beers and international wines – focusing on The New Nine*. “We are aiming to provide all types of entertainment every night for everyone,” says Zachary Mannheimer. “From trivia, live music, comedy, movies, happy hours, crafts, dance parties, board games, ping-pong and dart leagues, we are sure to fulfill someone’s leisure.”
Every night, DMSC will offer a theme night for people to congregate, conversate and connect while being surrounding by art provided by Instinct Gallery. Every month the Gallery will feature new artists for locals to enjoy. Please visit www.instinctgallery.com for upcoming exhibitions.

*The New Nine features 9 new grapes every month. There are over 1million grapes in the world, and we intend to feature them over time, instead of the 9 we all know (Pinot Gregio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, White Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir). April will feature Spanish Txacoli replacing Pinot Gregio, Italian Negroamaro replacing Syrah and Argentinian Carmenere replacing Merlot among many others.
