About the Artist: Natalie gets a little too excited about vegetables, but it hasn’t always been that way. After a childhood of eating very few vegetables, she gave up meat at 18 and suddenly had to learn how to cook (and like) them. Through a lot of trial and error, she taught herself to cook healthy food on a college budget, and has since cooked extensively with vegetables and learned how to make them delicious. Instead of worrying about fad diets or constantly changing health advice, Natalie’s approach teaches you how to add more fruits, vegetables and whole grains to your diet. Her classes will help you be the person you believed you were when you bought all that produce.
