ICA – Aerial Hammock

Are you ready to get wrapped up in fun? This intermediate hammock class is for anyone with existing aerial abilities that are ready to be taken to the next level. We will be adding to current skills as well as exploring new possibilities all while in the air! Drop in and fly a while every Saturday morning!

Prerequisites: inversions in the air, pullover, straddle-ups, comfortable with drops

 

About Iowa Circus Arts

In addition to on-going classes, Iowa Circus Arts also offers after school programs, corporate team-building, as well as entertainment for social events and parties. Circus is a great way to improve your coordination and strength in a new, exciting way. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
