Fine dining meets entomology! This class will focus on the preparation of familiar cuisine using a popular (yet commonly misunderstood) protein source from all over the world – insects! This class will focus on creating dishes which feature insects as the main ingredient, prepared in a variety of ways, as well as an education in why eating insects are good for both you and the planet. Includes wine and a chance to chat with our expert chefs.
