Bollywood dance is an Indian-inspired dance form that constitutes of Indian traditional dances, hip hop, belly dance etc. Its a high energy dance and uses a lot of various movements. You will learn technique and choreography that incorporate full body movement. This music will keep you energized, engaged and inspired. It will also help you build stamina and endurance. This class is suitable for all levels, no dance experience required.

Bio:
Swati has been classically trained in Kathak(Indian Classical dancing) and has taken classes in hip-hop, belly dance, ballet, jazz etc. She loves dancing to Indian music, especially the new bollywood songs. She loves performing for shows and tries to add elements of her various dance experiences to Bollywood. She believes in building a strong foundation starting with the fundamentals in all styles of dance. She focuses on proper technique, body movement, building confidence on the dance floor, and just having fun while dancing and getting fit.
